Nook is a CV builder free service that helps you create professional CVs and online profile pages.
To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain 100% ownership of your uploaded information. You grant Nook a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your work solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

Nook acts as a hosting provider (intermediary). We do not pre-screen all content but reserve the right to remove any material or terminate accounts that violate these terms or receive valid harassment reports.
Your Nook profile page (e.g., nook.red/@username) is publicly accessible unless you choose to hide it. You are responsible for the information you make publicly available.
Subscription is free. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
The Nook service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Nook and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nook from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico.
